We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal upon checkout. For PayPal customers, just login to your account and proceed from there. For non-PayPal customers, simply select 'guest' and key in your credit or debit card details accordingly to complete the transaction.

How long will my order take?

For local deliveries in Singapore, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. For overseas inquiries, please write in to and we will advise our agents to attend to you soonest possible.

What are the shipping fees?

It depends on the number of items and the total weight of the parcel you have ordered. As we work with a few courier partners, you may decide which courier service to deliver your parcel upon checkout.

Is there a minimum order to enjoy free delivery?

Yes, of course! Only for local delivery orders above SGD 80.00, we will absorb the shipping cost.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, a tracking URL will be sent to your email. You may also check online via this link,

What happens when there's nobody at home to receive the parcel?

If you are unavailable to receive the parcel when it arrives, we will try to re-deliver it to you at another time. Please contact us to find out on the status of your parcel.

Can I do a self-collection?

Yes, you can! As long as you are located in Singapore. Simply enter promotion code "SelfCollect" upon checkout and the shipping charges will be waived off. Our Customer Service officer will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us during office hours at (65) 6863 0863 or drop us an email at within 3 days upon receipt of your items. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.

Change of Mind

If you have a change of mind and the product is still in its original saleable condition, kindly inform us within 3 days upon receipt of your items. A collection fee may be applicable. For overseas orders, customers have to bear all shipping costs to return the item/s in good condition before a refund is possible.

Wrong item delivered

If a wrong item is delivered, please inform us within 3 days of goods receipt. We will arrange for the exchange to take back the wrong item for the correct item you have ordered. However, if the returned item is used or damaged, we reserve the rights to reject the exchange request.

Damaged/Defective Product

If your product is damaged/defective, please inform us within 3 days of goods receipt and provide supporting documents (invoice, photo of the defect and a brief description of the issue). Upon verifying that it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for an exchange or refund if requested.

Cancelling your order

If you decide to cancel your order, please call us within 24 hours upon your order confirmation. No cancellation cost will be incurred if the goods have not left our factory. However, if the goods have been dispatched for delivery, all shipping costs will be charged.

Checking your order

An email notification with a tracking URL will be sent upon order confirmation. However, if your order takes longer than usual to arrive, please call us during office hours at (65) 6863 0863. We strive our best to resolve the issue soonest possible.

Scheduling your return

For all return requests, please email us at or call us at (65) 6863 0863 to scedule a pickup of your items. Please ensure the items are packed in a protective box before handing it to the courier. A refund may not be possible if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
